@Brian Schuler Just an update on this.. because of the appeals issue that went to the Supreme Court in NC, the DA for Charlotte has advised them to remove ALL language restricting STRs in Charlotte city limits.

Some of them list their terms on their web site. 

If they're paying and are not wrecking the place, keep em and bump the rent to market level as soon as you can. 

Dump 'em and move forward....

From the drone footage on the GRM web page it looks like development has (at best) just started, and this appears to be consistent with the single page development activity status report from GRM.
