Sounds like fun, run pro forma statements, anticipate what ifs, factor in GDP or any currency exchange rate, weighted and adjusted for anticipated conditions for anything you like, great fun playing, but in the end you got nothing you can take to the bank, or to your tax guy or to court, but have fun.

Kiara Walters Yes, unfortunately a lot of contractors try to "front load" their estimates/pay requests which may not leave enough money to finish the work for the money left, and they've spent the money from the front loading, so they have to go find another job to front load quick.

I'm gettin a ton of leads from sellers looking to off load there homes for a good price just yesterday that a seller wanted to of load 5 homes in the poconos for 150000 which is a great deal no mater how u put it.

It's kinda the age old dilemma of real estate investing - you either have time or money to invest into your business - usually not both (unless you retired rich or are a trust fund baby).So if you have no time, this system is perfect for those people.I'm lucky in that I find crap loads of vacant houses in my area when I'm looking and I'm still back logged to getting out 2nd and 3rd mailings to those lists.

For folks for whom the seminar would be the first brush with syndication, I would think it'd be a lot of noise...Syndication is a hugely loaded subject.
