In my state I must accept the first qualified person - no picking and choosing also, i called my insurance carrier (Travelers) to ask about dog breeds and they said they defer to state laws.  

For turn-overs, I rarely traveled to the properties.

If they refuse tell them you will sue for it back as well as your legal fees and travel if you can’t go to court through zoom.  

I just recently started my freshman year at Syracuse University after taking a gap year and traveling the world.

I think your families would enjoy exploring the area, if the travel time allows.  

Given that a large percentage of travelers are young and having a good time goes hand in hand... 

I know several people who have plans to start their Christmas travels on that weekend.

I visit each of my properties at least once a quarter to check on its condition and see how the team is doing.Yes, it does take time, money and effort to travel to remote properties.

However, my long-term goal is to use real estate investing (wholesale, BRRR, amongst other methods) as the tool to allow me to work around the things I love -- travel and golf. 

So much of what draws travelers to urban spots are closed or restricted so not a great time for US travelers to visit US cities.
