I know there are a lot of dudes in that area that play ball and own homes so I would reach out to some of them as well and connect with who they trusted.

Now, I know most of you are reading this and thinking of all sorts of things that I forgot or should look at or need to know but I just wanted to get the ball rolling on looking at deals and wanted to know what the BP community thought about this one!

No ( but a good idea) Now regards to them screwing up, yes it does sound like they dropped the ball, but this can be rectified by going after them by legal means and collection matters.
