Given your own comment about the profitability of the deals, I’m not sure how you could pay that.So I guess your best bet is love money from your loved ones so might want to support you.

It will likely cost you more money, but you probably won't have another alternative.

There are some great turnkey companies out there, but I prefer to hire a general contractor for the rehab and do things myself to make more money.
