Sure that’s a good thing but I don’t think it will make an a significant impact on the surrounding real estate market.

But preliminary tests show the monkeys didn't re-catch it, show that most people who had already caught it didn't get reinfected even when surrounded by sick people, and people tend to get immunity from most other corona viruses...

Jacksonville ranked 440 overall, but in the Jobs and Growth category it ranked 506 (and this was before the USMC commandant announced force reductions in the coming years).I love Wilmington and think that the city and the surrounding areas close enough for commuting distance are going to see a lot of growth in the coming years, but I am staying clear of Jacksonville and Richlands areas.

I currently do not live in the area, so what I have been using was google maps to see the surrounding area. 

My thoughts: with the uncertainty surrounding everything due to covid, tapping into our equity vie cash-out REFI and securing it now to have liquid capital seems safe.

Dallas is so high on my list because I love being near big cities (currently go to school in NYC), the economy of Dallas and its surrounding areas seems to be growing exponentially, there are a lot of jobs, and it seems to be one of the top places to invest in real estate.I'm looking to house hack to start, and am not set on living directly in Dallas as I know it is an extremely competitive area.

We moved to storrs two yrs back, we are always looking for opportunities surrounding areas including Glastonbury :), sooner or late we will move there, househack will be great, we did purchase our first 3 family in mansfield back in Jun, last year, but the progress is very slow.
