I suggest talking to your current tenants about making a video tour of your property.

We have submitted preliminary master plans to the city which will allow me to develop 11 duplex buildings/ 22 units. 

I purchase a home with an unpermitted bedroom in Oregon and to permit it I had to do the following:-submit an architects "as built" plan to the city.

We submitted the lease renewal to the wife (non military member), and she emailed us that her husband is without wi-fi access (not completely unbelievable, but spouse ISN'T currently deployed in a conflict area, ie, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc,) and would therefore be unable to sign the new lease until he arrived back in the US.

We were able to show enough cash/assets up front that we do not have to submit bank statements or proof of funds for each and every loan.
