I have been spending time studying materials on BP to know more about real estate investing.I plan to invest in Nigeria and Uae but there are no post ,blogs or articles on BP that i have read so far that talks extensively or give strategies based on this two markets .So the challenge I have is that most of the post on Bp talking about stragies of acquiring a property and rentals does not really tally with the Nigerian market.

Whatever you end up doing, take the MHU bootcamp, or at a minimum, buy their home study course to help navigate the waters of parks as I would recommend buying a city sewer and city sewer park if possible for park 1.Also, don't get me wrong about parks like this, if you just want something close by home and strictly for the cash flow , this could be something for you.

My later experience in title inspired me to study real estate title and a bit of serendipity lead me to become Rick The Probate Guy.BTW, it's an Assignment that used to transfer and record change of iwnership of a trust deed note (or mortgage note).
