Connections are connections just leave it alone. its very expensive to move it and requires 3 types of licensed trades putting in a flue pipe (AC), sewer pipe-plumber (do you know where to tie in to the sewer?)

@David Santana if it takes 6-8 months to evict someone then you really shouldn't be managing your own property.Thomas, there are too many unknowns for an amateur Landlord and you don't want to be tied up and making a big mistake that could cost you more.
