At this point, I'm awaiting the official reports from the Fire Department and the Insurance Adjuster.Question 1 - Investing: Being a Real Estate Investor, I called the landlord of the property where the fire originated, who turns out to be an elderly lady and requested that her son handle the situation.  

The husbands son approached me wanting see what interest I would have in remodeling and flipping the house as they can bring into the upper 200's with a similar model selling for $305k.

OH, the dad supposedly quit deeded the properties over to the son before he passed away.3.

I guess I'll just tell you a little about myself, I'm 25, married, and have a beautiful four month old son.

Today my wife, son and I went out to look at some of these SFH and MU properties and to be honest, it was quite exciting.

@Jay Hinrichs I understand better now, he is needing to buy ready to rent homes or condos which the townhouses are near me although only one is under the 50k and that us a price not advertised ( it was offered to my son in law who happends to be the guys neighbor ) the rest are around $65k asking price.
