For licensed agents/brokers to use websites such as Zillow to be their central point for publicly marketing listings defeats the purpose of the MLS.Make sense? 

In general you don't want to carry properties individually for liability and legal purposes.

It needs to be market rate for commercial purposes.

I would probably reduce the rent for analysis purposes since it was previously listed for less than $1100. 

They will however affect the price of money being borrowed for the purposes of making  improvements to a house, to hopefully justify the cost of the money needed to increase the  value of the.....see now were stuck in a circle....exactly where lenders and re agents want us

Obviously they need to have you sign before revealing the address or it defeats the purpose.

The purpose of this product is to enable you to make your money go further and possibly do more than one project at a time (if you wish). 

@Joanne Kim There are commercial (business purpose) loan options you could look into that allow LLC vesting. 

I should also mention I currently make about 30k/yr at my two W2 jobs and am actively working on increasing that (I'm up for a promotion at my full time job that I'm interviewing for sometime this week).
