It's pretty cheap and I think there's a way to set up an online application page which should save you some time--you might want to look into it.

Past practice, the rental applications, conversations with your cpa, etc etc.  

I was considering using Corporate Direct from the Rich Dad guys but I also wonder why other online places are so much cheaper.

One is an artist, the other a graphic designer in on-line advertising. 

In regards to practicing analyzing deals, to build an analysis process I browsed the MLS and scoped out some deals that looked interesting and would analyze them in all aspects, as I would if I were actually going to buy it. 

I have a question as I search for "good deals".I understand that I am looking for deals in which the numbers "make sense" and check as many if not all boxes that you kind folks share on here and I have studied and practiced quite a bit now. 

Some are online, some you have to call or show up.

He spent $5,000 doing that, and suggests a return of $3000/$5000 = 60% annually.This sounds like a great idea- but in practice, I think it would fail miserably.

Then you have your online exchanges like FCI, LoanMLS & PaperStac where you deal with the seller directly. 

@Brandon Cravens if you go the route of not saying mobile home park or community in the name, there's no reason you can't still list it as one in online directories and on the website.
