They have detailed explanations for lots of terms used in real estate and finance.As for an overview of these terms generally applied, there are a number of good books out there, from "The Book on Real Estate Investing" by our own @Brandon Turner to "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller.Also, there's nothing wrong with taking a class on real estate. 

This will be a story you will tell numerous times and be able to look back and laugh at it.

There are a numerous great resources here on the site that I would take full advantage of.

In all my reading on BP and numerous books on REI - I've never heard of this approach being used.

I've had numerous tenants rush in, not even check the room sizes, and say, "Oh yeah, this'll work for my family of 7" (2br apt).

By the way I have taken paid training courses from numerous note investing educators.
