I did have a big problem last week where it set my summer prices on Airbnb at $100+ per day lower than on Vrbo and Houfy, and that caused me to lose $600 on a 5 day booking.

The "OR" sales code is less standard and can vary depending on the jurisdiction or the entity reporting the transaction.

This house has some equity already, but after closing cost for each transaction, cap expenses, property taxes in TX, do I really get anything out of this deal If I hold for 2-3 years?

If possible, not use an agent, to lower commission owed expense (not sure if this is possible in Chicago, IL).

I’m learning everything and anything I can by all available means, but would love to find someone in the same market who would possibly be willing to share their wisdom and potentially walk me through an actual transaction (simply as a spectator on my end, or in any capacity you’d allow me to be involved in).

Beyond what is right and wrong, is what is most likely to occur..my forecast is based on an initial knee jerk reaction and subject to evolve..My prediction is that buyer(s) will still want (and need) to be represented, but likely at a lower average cost. 

These LOCs will be unsecured and if it means anything, we have no business/investment history, as we're just starting; perhaps lower fee LOCs can be attained from a proven business with a history, or perhaps these fees are high independent of that?
