Make sure to hire an attorney to review both the A to B contract and the B to C contract.

The mortgage company gets paid off first, then in a traditional sale, the rest minus agent fees and utilities and closing costs goes to the seller.

We don't need to "make homes cheaper", we just gotta remove the barriers and special interests that support monopolies, limited competition, centralization, corporate over private, and take things back to middle America, small business, main street over wall street. 

Similar to @Mike Dymski, i plan to make all investors whole even if the $hit hits the fan.  

Overall, I would say this: don't expect wholesaling to be an easy road to make a windfall.

You will have a tough time making that with private lending.

I went through demos of all of those, pulled together our evaluation criteria, etc. and then ended up choosing Hospitable (which we've been thrilled with).Thanks, that makes much more sense and frankly, is a relief (I started wondering if I was missing something, lol.)
