You're right, I don't have a survey, butWhen I worked as an Asset Manager for one of the largest players in the REO industry, I and my colleagues asked our agents to remove any reference to REO, Bank Owned or Foreclosure.

., as I was saying I live in southern California which is located in Corona outside of San Diego .I am a contractor self employed I am into rehab home and repair remodeling and renovation. yes I do have investment property here I want to learn more about investing into the rehab /wholesaling for numbered years I have worked on properties preparing them for the market .so I would like to learn about the investing part of the industry .thought the best place to start is to become a bird dog since I have a lot experience in the remodeling fields

-Peteryou know over the years I've seen many of properties owned by others then I invested a great deal of my time and experience in far as home repair and remodeling for others .when a purchase my real estate instead of learning how to invest in more real estate and keeping the investment going in the direction it should've been going , decided to stop right there .so by working with real estate companies and homeowners doing these repairs to their property I decided .to look into purchasing real estate and investment into my future .so with my background in home repair and renovation I would not have no problem whatsoever understanding the investment industry .

The industry's sweet spot is 90 LTV (90% financing) and you would need a FICO is the high 6's/low 7's, be able to document income/assets, have cash reserves on hand, etc. in order to minimize your down payment requirments to 0-5%.
