I recently signed up to a free DIY course at a local Home Depot and have participated in a couple Habitat for Humanity homes (mostly caulking and painting).Does anyone know of other methods to get experience in remodeling and rehabbing homes?

Well, to Brian, the solution of housing for the humane race is lease to own.Let's not forget the reality, those here are already living somewhere.You are not going to see some great influx of housing leases or purchases, the folks in this casted net are already in the economy.The approach taken by the President is pretty much common sense, the expected or proposed boarder restrictions will most likely offset any greater influx of immigration, there won't be a greater intrusion of foreigners entering, bet my last dollar on that.

I agree, new dealers need to get thier feet wet in thier own backyard where they can manage thier investments.I won't say I have bought more notes than anyonen on BP, but I have certainly purchased more than most and had a servicing porfolio larger than some banks I use to examine.

Don't get sucked into that thinking.If Ken Rishel signs off on it, I'd compliance would be met as there are different aspects for MHs, his company does compliance for the current laws as they pertain to MH dealers.
