I believe that all advice should be taken with the proverbial grain of salt, and it's the recipients job to apply the advice in a context that best fits their situation.

Earnings ain't nearly as high as in the US but on the other hand, you still make decent money and bring food to a lot of needed tables, that´s fair enough for me.

@Matt McGuire I'm in over my head on this one so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Three months in, my buddy who I rented a room to fell asleep with food on the stove and caught the house on fire.
