Now, we are ready for our next purchase.  

We think that this is because we are pretty good renters, we always pay our rent on time and I sometimes fix little things around the house that need repair.Around the time we started that 2 years ago,  we had an off-hand conversation with the owners where they told us that they might be willing to sell us this house as we have never before owned a home.Two years later, I've discovered BiggerPockets and I think that buying this house might be a good way to start in REI.

We are looking to potentially start using this for analyzing commercial properties and projecting cash flow.

But I don't agree as many of them are normal wear and tears.

We are looking to buy 2-4 unit multi family houses in Bethlehem, Allentown, or Easton. 

We are curtently flipping a 5 bed 3 bath house in Bridgewater.

However, we are projecting rents of $1,125/unit or $4500/month.

Since this is our first property we wanted to buy something that was more turn key and would require less work and maintenance since we are pretty new to the game.
