Hey BPer's,I am currently looking at some new ways to finance buy-and-hold properties and I was wondering if someone can help me with the details of how owner financing and seller carry back financing works.There are a lot of forum posts about these strategies that are very high level.

Welcome Bryan -  I'm new here as well and just had an offer finally accepted on my first buy and hold property.

What does it mean when a property you're interested in buying to buy and hold is 100% leased?

I'm a buy and hold investor but I've discovered a few properties that I think would make good flips and I'd be happy to meet and discuss.

There is not an easier answer it depends on what you are trying to do depends on your market that you are looking to invest in and what are you looking to do wholesale, rehab fix, buy and hold, note buy etc.

My plan is to keep property as a buy and hold.
