I have my home inspection and termite/moisture inspection tomorrow afternoon and will be getting the official mortgage documents in order as soon as the inspections both satisfy me.I will be getting a conventional bank mortgage at 5.25% with 20% down and 2 points.

I would require to them to show me some plan to improve their credit, as I do want to sell the house.They have clean background and criminal checks, but their landlord reference had mixed reviews:No late payments the past 12 months, but there was an instance prior to that, but once she implemented a daily late fee, it stopped.

If a person is looking to acquire larger multifamily deals, I think we can agree that having relationships with brokers/agents that speak to investors on a daily basis and are in front of who might be selling soon is much more important than having your license (at least in a hot market).
