What advice would you have for me to get started in real estate business?

Example: never use S-corps for rentals.Short story: forget about business entities when you are just starting.

I started listening to BP podcasts while working on the project, and have since devoured material in every form as I changed from fixing up a house - to building a real estate business.

If it's just a busy 2 lane road that could have less of an impact than a 4 or 6 lane main road.

Those large, flat envelopes used for business purposes get the most engagement.
