So we decided to just do our rehab and listed in the MLS to get the exposure for a higher price.If it is a nice house where you know it will sell very fast, then I would expose it and get the most for your money verse having to be tied up with one buyer and what they want done to it and what not.

@Sherry Norman put the shoe on the other foot as a capable funder I see your type of posts all the time the only thing your bringing to the table is the deal.. plenty of deals out there. if you have to post on line for a money partner that's your problem right there your not strong enough.I suggest you get your money partner FIRST then go shopping I think you have the cart before the horse..
