Hey @Trenton Brown, unfortunately you'll see several multi-families that are incorrectly listed on MLS, so you'll need to look closely.

So your cashflow drops from $500 to $250 on that property, but you pick up another $300-$600 on another property.

Listing inventory looks to have a trend that is counter to most other markets in Massachusetts; usually inventory increases in the Summer and lessens in the Winter!
