Hi Andrew,I like your wrap around porch, and as you wrote, it's a huge architectural feature on your front facade, so it needs the proper balastrade.A simple and inexpensive solution would be simple square 2"x 2" wood balusters, rather than the skinny aluminum versions, all around the porch.

@Andrew Spencer No, you can't refi a lease option because you're not on the title until you exercise your option & purchase the property.
