Kills bugs better than bug bombs in my experience If it is smell from a super heavy smoker the smell could be in the outlets as well as the A/C vents.  

It seems the lights for the carport, all exterior outlets, and both bathroom outlets are on the same breaker.

I have another house where I need to find a very small electrician, so he can shimmy over to the wall where the roofline hits, fix a loose outlet (is pulled out of the box, but working) and then replace an inline fan for the hvac system.

Some items that I do purchase in bulk would be outlets and light switches. 

Example:  Replacing the horribly old/broken outlets in the house.  

Just based on the information provided, I would definitely choose being 100% leveraged with 42k cash in reserves.That way I’d have enough money to cover any unexpected repairs/CapEx costs that came up.

I was just going to epoxy it so it looks better- it has 1 outlet right now, do I just get someone to come wire more into the walls?
