However, the contractor that did the work is not being very responsive.

We set up a marketing campaign there and got a decent response with some good leads.

Does anyone have a preferred survey company for downtown Raleigh properties?

I’d get your survey and hash it out with a new appraiser because no appraiser in there right mind should be counting a dining room as a bedroom unless changes were made to the structure.

An odd question, but what would a responsible RE investors consider to be a good % of the value (market price, not equity) of your primary residence compared to their total net worth?
