I have no incentive to cut someone else in on my deals, regardless of the "sweat equity" offer.I figure the main concern a new person has is they are afraid they won't know what to do or say or how to handle objections, etc.

So if you have 1 credit card, the utilization of that card will determine 30% of your score... whereas if you have 3 credit cards, the percent utilization of each card only determines 10% of your overall score.Please note that I am a Loan Officer and NOT a credit repair specialist, so all of this information has come to me through third party companies that I work with.

I have a great career in IT right now, but I'd like to start a new career in real estate investment to secure a better, earlier retirement.I've always been a little stubborn about going it alone on most of my personal projects, but I've recently come to learn how valuable it is in real estate investing to collaborate with a community of specialists, experts and mentors.I'm going to stick around here and soak up information, and attend some local REIA meetings as well.
