What is the best property software for the money for 15-20 units?

@Jon Coleman I am leaving my full time job as a software engineer now that I can comfortably do so, and am planning to dive into REI as a full time gig for the time being.

Or do they charge one time fees for services like leasing fees, vacancy fees, set up fees, late fees, maintenance fees, lease renewal fees, eviction fees.20- Which property management software do you use?

If you have any money to invest in your start-up then there are software tools that will significantly cut down your time spent pulling the pieces together

People take selfies and upload their IDs and software makes sure they match and can check databases for falsified documents, etc. 

BP has some great calculators to start with but you eventually want to have your own database from scratch or software with "Your" specific needs.

This will normally get you the Graphical Information System which is mapping software used by government bodies.
