It seems like raising millions would be very difficult regardless of how good the deal is.

They seemed great so I was very disappointed. 

But from my quick use, it doesn't seem way off. 

It seems like an infinite loophole (conducting a 1031 Exchange every two years and subsequently claiming Short-Term Rental Depreciation repeatedly).

I've been to about 10+ meetups and they all seem relatively small (other than TRIG), and I think its because there simply isn't much talk about getting into it.

It seems like the business model isn't really sustainable from what y'all are saying, but I'm gonna try it out anyways and see if I can get just one deal under my belt during the summer.

Pace Morby doesn't seem to understand overleveraging, Due on Sale, title reports, the need for your own money and much more.

It seems a bit overwhelming, but if you piece it bit by bit - should  make sense. does anyone have a calculator they would be willing to share? 

I’d say invest in higher end homes and mid range seems to be saturated, at least where I am it is. 

IMO he never seems to be able to back up his own success.
