Dividends are paid as normal.This analysis used a policy I own which allows non-direct recognition of policy loans.When repaying policy loans, there is some additional "wiggle room" to allocate part of the repayment towards the purchase of additional paid up insurance, thus increasing policy values beyond these illustrated rates.This is the "banking" aspect of this strategy.

Looking for someone who is very knowledgeable in aspects of real estate, taxation for various corporate structures, rental properties etc (if they don't know the tax law on short term rents and the tax advantages associated with them then in my eyes they are not qualified).

@Nicholas Armstrong I think I'm going to start out doing live-in-flips I been working for my dad remolding business since I was a kid so I know how to do most all remolds but I will only be looking for ones with minor or cosmetic problems nothing major like needing new roof or plumbing systems.

After a lot of curse words and a extra $2500 the AC is fixed and the electrical is done.At this point things are now moving smoothly, Electrical is done, AC, plumbing is looked at, concrete poured for the kitchen addition, roof done and were ready for Sheetrock!

I mean, you wouldn't have to pay for a roof, the main entrance to each unit is inside, unexposed to the weather, etc.
