So here we are a month into them releasing the home to another asset mgr and the receiving asset mgr has yet to see the home in their database.The home has been on auction.com for a yr and they simply tell me to make an offer with the bank...can't do that if I don't have the number and none of the ones I have tried seem to work...or better yet how do I find an agent who deals with chase reo homes so that I can present an offer directly?

You should then receive a physical collateral file if not already an electronic one - Collateral file is a a file which contains all of the previous mortgage paper work including things like alonges, deeds, borrower personal information such as bank accounts and credit scores at the time of the sale, pretty much all the paperwork submitted, required at the time of the sale.

But the after 1 year value isn't making any sense to me.Just logically thinking, the equity after year 1 should be the Initial Equity + Principal Repayment which I am using the Excel Formula PPMT to figure out.If anyone could provide some help with this I would greatly appreciate it!
