New colleges?

But like all have said previously there is nothing wrong with renting out your property you have purchased with your VA loan as long as you fulfil your owner occupied time frame. 

This is a low income area somewhat but it is by a college.

I recently graduated college and moved to Palm Harbor, Florida from Atlanta, Georgia for a job opportunity, however, I'm looking to absorb all information needed to become the best real estate investor I can be.

I am looking to have drywall placed over plaster and was wondering if anyone in the Indianapolis area has a contractor that is reputable and has done drywall over plaster previously.

Good AfternoonLet me first start by saying im a first time investor and have begin dipping my feet in to the investment world, I purchased a property near a college that the numbers seem to work and would make a good student rental, I thought that purchasing the home with cash and free and clear would be a good option and to work the refinance for the repairs and upgrade to the home, its not going to take much but there in lies the rub!

Brian,1) This may differ slightly from the setup your looking for but I currently own a property with a friend of mine (bought coming out of college).
