I was able to put in three very large windows, and build nice window wells with steps that angle outward using large strip sandstone.

In fact maybe you will run across a nice 4 plex that you can rent out 3 and live in the other.

I'm looking at a property that seems like a good deal for owner-occupant plus a renter - it has a nice 3 bedroom house on the street, and another 2 bedroom kind of odd looking house on the back half of the property.

Sometimes you have to be overly nice.

I also have a dual-incentive in doing so that coincides very nicely with my own personal plans for myself(relocation and retirement within 10 years).

It's not that it's an especially nice neighborhood - just average ranch houses on small lots - but the market will bear prices anywhere between $800-$1000/sqft all day long.
