Contracted with gas co. to install new gas line, which required tearing up the street, 2 flagmen and a policeman directing traffic for the disabled traffic light down the block.

all good advice. really good. one "issue" i have is that i buy houses off MLS, so i dont get the deals that most of you get. yes, i still make money, but would be very little since remodeling costs are high. and mind you... i just do the basics (cabinets, counter top, paint, floor, interior doors). but yes, the only way wifey will let me go on is if i outsource the stuff that takes long to someone else.the hardest part of this business is finding someone that is reasonable and wants to work.rob, i might ask you for this guy's name when i get the next one. and i just use one color, so he will love me. :)
