Haha, yes @Dennis Rodriguez, I see that from time to time, but mostly what I'm seeing is the seller's agents creating bidding wars and feeding frenzies by waiting 48-72 hours to present all offers.

I know I've been using electronic signatures for leases and other documents that's built into rentec for years now, and that's a feature I read on a news feed that Buildium just released this year. 

Unfortunately a job is the best way to feed yourself while you gain some traction in RE.
