It was recently revealed that she has also built a holiday house with in the school, which she visits regularly.Now, the amazing thing is that I own land literally across the street from where she is based.

I am currently in the military stationed in California and soon will be transitioning out around the holidays and looking forward to taking advantage of my VA Home Loan benefits.

Many folks give up looking during those off market times, such as NOV-JAN through the holiday period.

Bay Area, things begin to slow down around Oct/Nov through the holidays and begin to pick up after the New Year.

Its a good time to sell, but depending on where you are right now the rental market is still slow with the holidays.

We have rented out our primary residence on Airbnb (1/2 of the duplex) when we travel for the summer and a few holidays and it’s been a good experience.

I am from Atlanta and my properties are there, and I was just there for a few months over the holidays and checked a couple meetings out.
