We are looking in relatively good areas such as Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights and the like.What we discovered is that unless you go to poorer areas you are not seeing as good of a cap rate on the units.

Pull toilet & vanity unless the vanity is a serious problem to get out and tile underneath - one day you'll want to change that vanity and it won't be fun with partial tiles, not to mention the vanity get shorter as you add height.
