She is 1/3 owner of a two family with her grandmother and father.

Are they Single Family Homes? 

If over a year, and especially during a renewal, they have additional protections. ”getting out of the real estate business” in 1482 would mean moving into the property yourself, or renting it to an immediate if family member.

We want to reach financial freedom so that we can have more freedom with our time and pursue passion projects that may not be as lucrative as our jobs we currently have and to be able to spend more time with family and friends while we are younger. 

Most multi family is on one furnace/boiler and the landlord pays the heat.

Now we live in a single-family house and rent out a bedroom on Airbnb.

My family used to buy crumbling foundations when I was kid. 

I own a multi-family property near Downtown Monroe, Mi and have been observing a significant increase in activity in the area.

I also do not charge a pet deposit or pet rent because I believe our animals are family.
