Exploring all solutions to repay the Bridge Loan and even partner with anyone who may have a solution in exchange for ownership in a property in a good neighborhood and tenants who are on time with rent payments.

But I hope I do make a few good moves to buy a lake house in a few years haha.

Now is the time to do better.One more note - it's not a good use of your time to sign a one-off showing agreement in my opinion.

Having  more flexible cancellation policies, having good reviews, offering discounts, updating listings periodically, not cancelling on people, etc
