I just started actively looking into real estate investing in March of 08.

Those of you who know me from my posts know that I've been an active investor for 30 years, and that I've seen some big market swings.

We hope to have many children (I come from a family of 9 and she's the oldest of 8 ).I'm a Christian, and active in our local church (Sunday School teacher, bookkeeper, regular attendee, tithing member, etc.).That's a good place to start.

The key to success in this business is having systems for everything and hiring others to do low dollar activities for you.

There are world leaders out there who are not very nice people and who are paying a lot of attention to politics in the USA.I actively dislike Clinton, but her response was the correct one for a president.

Of all the ones I've used, my favorite used to be a Springfiled 1911 .45 but sold it and went to a S&W Sigma 9mm.

The executor is "mommy's favorite" and a total loser business wise.

There are other areas here that would be great for fix and flips, but they are very active and have very few foreclosures.

I have been gathering ideas and working out marketing strategies for the past year or so and I am ready to step out of the real estate office I currently work under and begin my own.The area certainly isn't lacking in the number of current real estate companies nor in the number of active realtors but there are some areas and targets that are NOT being approached by anyone.
