I've heard a lot of theories about how different classes are affected by changes in the market.  

It grows EXTREMELY fast and wants to spread - everywhere.

I'm curious as to if it's possible to find a builder in the area that would be willing to change up the norm a bit. 

When you turn 59.5, you may be really glad to have a chunk of change you can access if life does not go the way you planned in your 40's and 50's.

Fast forward to August 2014, and she was finally on board.

The contract was a bit concerning because it gave all the power to the GP but that seemed understandable.Anyway, fast forward 3 years and the project has not gone as expected.

We had our property preservation company go out to change the locks after we conferred with our Attorneys that part of the mortgage allows us to maintain the property if the homeowner lets it fall into disrepair. 

I've heard (and what I really need to do is get a lawyer to help out) that I can be partly liable for any major changes to the condo- beyond my monthly fees. 

I know I need to make some changes I'm focusing more on how to help investors, how to help people achieve their dream of retiring. 

It has transformed my perspective as I implement many of the changes we've needed.
