we didn't have a site like this 12 yrs ago. if I had asked for help earlier i think i would have been much better off.one issue was i wasn't from this country.I took away an eat in ktichen and replaced it with a large kitchen.my 100k renov looks like 20k change if you didn't know the bef.

I remember in 2007 I had a money market account paying. 5.5% APY, today the best money market rates is 1% APY if you are lucky.This is probably why all the americans are jumping into real estate as the top money market rate is 1% at best, but you don't want to put all your eggs in one basket and researching and doing your homework is essential..One of the Hong Kong analysts I respect and follow thinks that the dollar is headed for a 10% appreciation.

This happened even when there had been damage to the property between the time of listing and my bid.Fast forward to last week - they dropped it to $15K, at which point I put in my 11K offer again, and am waiting to hear back.I was told by my agent that, at least around here, the REOs won't go for a huge cut of what's listed; instead, they seem content to eat the holding costs and wait for someone to bite closer to the ever dropping listed price.You may have to wait to pick it up at your price point.
