I wouldn't deny someone due to low credit, then send them to someone to get their score boosted, so I could then change my mind on them.If they come to me with a 500 credit score, and you do some magic to get them to 700, they are 100% the same person they were before they saw you -- right?

This was touched on above, but I think it is worth its own mention:He KNOWS he has neglected the building and is probably playing chicken with how long can he hold it and pull in the rents without addressing the issues vs. it all falling apart on him and needing to eat the costs or sell for dramatically less.Excited to see how it turns out for you!
