Reason being since its just bf/gf is you're jointly on the loan and you two go south, things will get real messy.

However, they listen to the users and are constantly adding, adjusting.  

I have commercial lenders that blacklist buyers as well and these people that are buyers have tens of millions of dollars but they are shady.It's not just about how much money you have but how you conduct yourself in business deal to deal if you want to be respected for the long haul and have constant deals brought to you.

We don't and haven't really ever had the large swings that other areas have had in property valuations as we just really never have a demand change, it's been pretty darn constant even through the crash we were only slightly affected as we were already in a "depressed" area.
