Hello everyone, As the title says, we are 3 weeks away from closing and we are in a big dilemma.

We're closing in a couple weeks on a 5-room motel in the Tahoe area that also has a 4 bed / 2.5 bath / 3000 sqft SFR "manager's unit" that will be our primary residence. 

Who would you recommend for DSCR Loans in NY with decent rate and closing costs?

With Brie's help, I closed on my first house hack in April 2022 in west Logan Square (near Scofflaw, just north of the 606), putting 10% down and got a 30 year fixed at 4.125%.

I still self-manage, by the way, but I have 4 properties now, and even though I now live very close to all 4, I still consider that I manage remotely, since I rarely visit my properties.  

I believe if you use a quality PM the financial performance will be close to self managing an LTR.Good luck
