When I design an overfunded policy I make a lower commission.

We have quite a bit of student housing and the main thing I would recommend focuses on design.

You can have solid walls for foundations but they have to be designed for flood impact per FEMA.

You are setting up a design that creates turn over.  

The MLS price is not attracting any offers, so they go back to auction with a lower reserve price attempting to unload a stale, non-performing loan.

I have been seeing and hearing people call themselves wholesalers but not sure why.Are wholesales people who have taken a course and are designated as a wholesaler?
