I can look for independent contractors who handle just their specific work, and I can work with each of them individually on each task separately.

There is probably only one or two owners that live there at that.With this being said, it is a task. 

About me, I am task oriented; I'll work till early morning hours thinking about the task.

I ran the idea of having him fulfill some management tasks for my two occupied rentals after I move out of state and he responded very positively. 

Since you like the steep learning curve of a new adventure, perhaps the time is right for you to put in a temporary burst of work now so you can let your well-researched investment generate passive income even once the novelty has worn off ;) The BP rabbit hole can be very addicting!

Hi @Jose Castillo, in some cases it is illegal in some states without the proper license but it is not illegal in MA, as always i would as a Real estate attorney if there is anything specific that dictates what is/is not legal in your state, there was a forum thread of this topic last year that may be some help,https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/12/topics/217...while i do not have wholesale experience i assume it would be based on your documents and how you structure the deal and i can only imagine that agents selling homes would cause a stink, "they usually do" but always CYA and make sure you are not crossing any lines "again attorney" ..Best of luck in your REI adventures,jay.
