If you want to gamble on appreciation just go to the casino and put it all on red or black at the roulette table. 

I don't know the area very in depth, but I do know they're building a casino to the southwest of the city right now.

So much so that it’s cheaper to fly to Vegas, drive back to ca, and then drive to your final destination.

Hi all,Just read an article that Zillow will be starting to buy and flip properties themselves and will be testing that model in Phoenix and Vegas.

That is more than double what I paid for 2 systems for a 2400sf home in Vegas but I suppose it’s market dependent.

A 1983 home is very old for Vegas and maybe your area, but there are plenty of markets where that would still be relatively new.

I flew to Vegas last summer to check out their factory and toured one of their units. 

In addition and you probably would not know this.. but in Vegas or anywhere in NV .. you MUST be state licensed and NMLS registered and have a brick and mortar no matter what state the property is in.. so if the lender says they are Vegas based and they dont have license numbers on their website  they are frauds on their face.. 

It's actually in a pretty good geographical location: next to Camden Yards (Orioles baseball), M&T Stadium (Ravens football), and now Horseshoe Casino.
