My gut feeling would be that newer land lords i.e. folks getting started with the rentals in the C and lower class neighborhoods will be affected first and most yet they probably will be the least prepared to manage the issues that may arise.  

Only a small portion of any transaction I work on is spent on showing properties - more is spent preparing an analysis, offer, presenting, negotiating, and then doing all of the after-contract stuff.

So, be prepared for months of waiting.

The attorney told me that I can re-sell it using a Quit Claim Deed, that way he could prepare a document with a correct legal description.

What are you guys doing to prepare it for a lease?

If I prepare for the worst on this wouldn't that be like saying prepare for 100% vacancy?
